Mediation is a structured approach that efficiently and amicably resolves disputes, often leading to more satisfactory outcomes than traditional litigation. It emphasizes confidentiality, control, relationship preservation, and voluntary participation, making it a beneficial process for all parties involved.

Arbitration is a dispute resolution process in which the parties involved agree to submit their conflict to one or more arbitrators, who render a binding decision on the matter. Unlike mediation, where the mediator facilitates negotiation to reach a voluntary agreement, arbitration involves a neutral third party who listens to the arguments and evidence presented by both sides and then makes a decision, much like a judge in a court of law.
